comprehensive Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy.
1. Product Return Reasons
• Damaged / Defective / Tampered Product
If the product
is physically damaged, defective, or tampered with:
- Customers can reject the order at
the time of delivery.
- If identified after delivery, a
replacement request can be raised.
- Replacement will be provided with
an identical product.
• Wrong Product Delivered
If the
delivered product does not match the ordered:
- Size
- Color
- Specification
- Or if the product is expired
- Customers may request an exchange/ Money Refund.
• Out of Stock / Product Mismatch
If the ordered
product is unavailable or mismatched:
- Customer may request a return or
refund.
2. Non-Eligible Conditions for Return/Exchange/Refund
Returns will
NOT be accepted if:
- Product is used or altered.
- Product is a free promotional
item.
- Serial number is tampered.
- Product is returned without
original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, or with damaged packaging.
- Damage caused due to misuse or
overuse.
- Return request is raised with in 7 days of delivery of product. In
case of customer want money refund after the pic up of dispatched with in 24hrs amount will be credited
in same account/credit card/wallet.
- Product defect is not covered
under manufacturer/seller warranty.
- Policy terms are updated by the
seller from time to time.
3. Non-Returnable Categories
- Personal care appliances (due to
hygiene reasons)
- Customized or made-to-order
products (e.g., food items, cosmetics, etc.)
4. Return / Exchange / Refund Policy
Exchange
- Applicable for wrong size, color,
or product variation.
- Return request is raised with in 7 days of delivery of product. In
case of customer want money refund after the pic up of dispatched with in 24hrs amount will be credited
in same account/credit card/wallet.
Replacement
- Applicable for damaged or
defective products.
- Replacement will be with the same
product.
- In case of customer want to replace the product We will be replace in 7 working days. If any case
product not available in stock then will be Refund the amount.
Refund
- If replacement is not possible
(e.g., product unavailable).
- Customer may opt for a refund.
5. Policy Guidelines
- 7-day return policy applicable on
all eligible products.
- Return request must be initiated
within 7 working days of delivery.
- For damaged/missing items, report
within 2 days of delivery.
- Exchange allowed only for:
- Defective products
- Damaged products
- Wrong item delivered
- Size/Color issues

- Refund timelines:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund within 10 business days
to original payment method.
- COD Orders: Bank details required for refund

6. Steps to Return a Product
- Log in to your account on Mitr
E-Store.
- Go to My Account → My Orders.
- Select the order and click Return.
- Choose the reason for return.
- Submit the request for
verification.
- After approval, the return process
will be initiated.
7. Important Note
- This policy is part of our Terms
& Conditions.
- The company reserves the right to
modify this policy at any time.
- Customers are advised to inspect
products at the time of delivery.
- Report issues immediately to
ensure quick resolution.
