INTRODUCTION: Online shopping is simple and quick. It is fastest marketing channel. One can enjoy buying products of one’s choice with a click of button. In spite of number of precautions & checks, sometimes the order delivered may not be exactly what was expected. There may be size or color difference or in some cases it might be defective or damaged article. Here comes role of return/exchange and refund. Hence a comprehensive Return Policy has been framed to make buying easier to the satisfaction of consumers. Salient features of Return & Refund Policy is given hereunder.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS:

1. Product Returning Reasons: -

o Damaged/defective/tempered product delivered – When the product is physically damaged/ tampered inside the package or packaging is apparently damaged. Sometimes, the package may be damaged while transportation and handling but the product inside the packaging may not be damaged. However, if buyer not satisfied with the product sealed properly in its box, he can reject the order on the spot. If buyer notices any type of damage/defect even after accepting delivery, he/she may opt to Replace request. In case of damaged or defective product replacement will be with an identical product).

o Wrong product delivered - Delivery of product with respect to size or color is not in tandem with the order. Sometimes product delivered bears expired date. In such cases buyer may opt to raise an Exchange request.

o Out of stock/delivery of another product- Sometimes it happens that product ordered are out of stock or not available at the time of shipping. It may also happen that there is mismatch in the product ordered & product delivered. In such situations buyer may opt to Return/Refund Request.

2. Conditions where products not eligible for replace/exchange/refund

1. Product is used or altered.

2. Free product provided by brand.

3. Serial Number is tampered with.

4. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories or original packaging is damaged.

5. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.

6. If request is initiated after 7 business days of delivery.

7. Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.

8. Replace/Exchange/Refund are a facility offered by respective sellers directly under this policy. The returns policy reviewed & changed time to time keeping in mind our loyal customer base.

2. CATEGORIES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues Customized Products (like- Food Items, compacts, Cosmetics, etc.) cannot be returned since these are available during select promotions and ordered on demand

1. Our policy to return /exchange/refund-

Exchange: In case of delivery of product of different size or color exchange with identical product of required size & color.

Replace: The product you ordered will be replaced with an identical product in case it is damaged /defective (has a functional problem that causes it not to work).

Refund: If your choice product is not available in your preferred size or color or model, you may opt for your money back.

Stipulations of our return policy are as under-

1. Mitr e-store offers a 15-day return policy for all products.

2. The return will be initiated within 7 working days of delivery.

5. The original packaging and labels must be intact. Pack the product(s) properly and return it to our courier person.

6. Keep the original bill with you.

7. In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the Payment was made from within 15 business working days. Cases where product was delivered Cash on Delivery (COD) customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund. For smooth returns process keep ready the requisite items including original bills, original packaging, price tags, freebies, accessories, etc. In case of exchanges and replacements of product 'Pick up' and 'Delivery' of the item will be scheduled simultaneously. Step 1: Log in to 'Mitrestore.com' and go to the My Account & select to your 'My Orders' tab.

Step 2:  To create a request click on the 'Order' which you have to return after that click on 'return' option.

Step 3: Choose your applicable reason for withdrawal - based on which three options will be available.

Step 4: After creation of request & depending on the kind of product you wish to return request is verified.

Step 5: Following the verification processed and confirmation from buyer’s decision based on the category of the product you ordered return proceedings take place. Becomes part of our returns policy, and should be read in conjunction with our terms and conditions of sale.
